Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you complete control over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward emails from one electronic mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email mailboxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailboxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just choose the email box you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
